2. Online Bookings & Enquiries
2.1 Discovery calls, consultations and procedures can be booked or enquired about through our website booking system.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including any answers to the optional health-related questions asked at enquiry stage.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at our discretion — for example, where a procedure is not clinically appropriate — and you will be notified if this occurs.
3. Appointment Confirmation
3.1 You will receive email confirmation once your booking or enquiry has been received.
3.2 It is your responsibility to check the details in your confirmation and let us know immediately of any errors.
3.3 The free 10-minute discovery call carries no charge or obligation to proceed further.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 The private initial assessment (consultation) carries a fee of £150, payable at the time of booking or in clinic, as shown during the booking process.
4.2 Procedure fees start from £595 (Standard Care), £750 (Enhanced Comfort) and £950 (Premium Comfort). Exact pricing for Enhanced and Premium Comfort is confirmed at your consultation.
4.3 Additional post-vasectomy semen analysis (PVSA) samples beyond those included in your package are charged at £50 each.
4.4 Payments are taken securely through our approved payment providers.
4.5 We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect appointments already confirmed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 You may cancel or reschedule your consultation or outpatient appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
5.2 You may cancel or reschedule your procedure appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled time.
5.3 Cancellations made within the minimum notice period may be charged at 100% of the consultation, appointment or procedure fee.
5.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days.
5.5 If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund.
6. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
6.1 If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other patients.
6.2 Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged in full.
6.3 We may decline to offer future bookings following repeated no-shows.
7. Medical Suitability
7.1 You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health and circumstances so we can assess whether a vasectomy, and your chosen comfort option, is suitable for you.
7.2 Dr Engamba or another accredited clinician may decline to proceed, or may modify the approach, if it is not medically appropriate or safe.
7.3 If your procedure cannot go ahead for clinical reasons, we will discuss suitable alternatives, rebooking, or a refund as appropriate.
7.4 A vasectomy is intended to be a permanent form of contraception. You should be confident in this decision before proceeding, and we are happy to discuss any questions at your consultation.
7.5 Following your procedure, you must continue using alternative contraception until a post-vasectomy semen analysis (PVSA) confirms the procedure has been successful. We are not responsible for pregnancies occurring before this confirmation is received.
8. GP & Clinician Referrals
8.1 Where you are referred to us by a GP or another clinician, these Terms still apply to your booking and care with us.
8.2 We may share relevant clinical updates with your referring clinician where appropriate for the continuity of your care.
9. Use of Website & Booking System
9.1 You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its functionality.
9.2 We aim to keep the website and booking system operational at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
10.1 We handle all personal data, including health information provided at enquiry and booking stage, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Our
Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and store your data. Please read it before making a booking.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11.2 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
11.3 Our total liability for any claim relating to your booking or care will not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant consultation or procedure.
